I took a chance on HiTech flooring after seeing their ad on gumtree and I'll admit I was skeptical at first. I had already done the rounds of the major stores so had a fair idea what I wanted. HiTech came to my house on a weekend to do a measure and quote bringing lots of samples with them, a fantastic way to choose carpet. Also their pricing was substantially better taking into account the special acoustic underlay I wanted (and was having big trouble sourcing through the majors). Process was hassle free and the installation looks great. I have already recommended them to others.

Jane and her team at HiTech Flooring were fantastic and very professional. Their customer service was top notch and we recommend them for that. Our new office flooring looks great and they managed to match existing carpet we had as well. The installers were here on time and were very accommodating to the staff as a major thoroughfare was being replaced. Thanks again!! Job well done!!
